Information we collect
Account details you give us (full name, username, email, mobile number, city), payout details (GCash, Maya or bank account name and number), order and delivery details, and messages you send to support.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process grocery orders and deliveries, calculate and release rewards, process payouts, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with payment channels, delivery partners and authorities when required by law. Your sponsor and network may see your name and member code.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured cloud servers with access controls. Only authorized administrators can view member records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by contacting support. Some records (such as payout and order history) must be kept for legal and accounting purposes.
