How and when your grocery orders reach you.
Delivery areas
We deliver nationwide across the Philippines: Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Remote island areas may need an extra day or a courier pickup point; our team will contact you before your order is packed.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. You can follow each status update in My Orders.
Delivery time
Metro Manila: 1–2 business days. Rest of Luzon: 2–4 business days. Visayas: 3–5 business days. Mindanao: 4–7 business days. Weather, holidays and courier delays may affect timing.
Shipping fees
Metro Manila ₱80 · Rest of Luzon ₱150 · Visayas ₱200 · Mindanao ₱250 per order. Free delivery in Metro Manila on orders of ₱2,000 and above. The final fee is confirmed with you before dispatch.
Receiving your order
Please check your items on arrival. Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 24 hours following our Refund & Return Policy.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded, less any non-refundable delivery costs.
