By creating an account or using 1MERCADO Shopping you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide true, complete information. One account per person unless approved by the administrator.
Activation codes
A valid, unused activation code is required to sign up. Each code can be used once.
Rewards
Rewards are bonuses tied to shopping membership, not salary, wages or investment returns. Earnings are not guaranteed and are subject to the current compensation plan, caps and withdrawal limits, which may change.
Payouts
Withdrawals are reviewed and sent manually by the administrator to the payout details on your profile. Keep your payout details accurate.
Prohibited conduct
No false income claims, misleading promotions, fraud, multiple fake accounts, or misuse of other members' data. Violations may lead to suspension or removal.
Orders
Prices and stock are confirmed at checkout. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or unavailable stock.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, 1MERCADO is not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
